Writing Crash and Burn

Usually I post about writing when there's progress. Today, not so much. This was the day I was going to update the adventure based on last night's playtest, and build on the momentum I built up on the novel last weekend. Instead, I watched the Seahawks lose again, read the remainder of Fox on the Rhine, cleaned the grill, and played around with MP3 files for a little while.

Tomorrow I'll get some traction on the words. I'm out of options for procrastination.

Oh, come on. The options for procrastination are ENDLESS! Like, for instance, you could responde to blog messages about procrastination.

;^)

Damn ... now I'VE run out of options, too!

I try to limit my procastination to no more than 2 hours a day. But I don't always get around to it. :D

So what's the assessment of Fox on the Rhine? Curious about that one--it's the Doug Niles book, right?

It was good fun, and it's better alternate history than Turtledove has written for that period. I was actually rooting for Rommel at a couple points, it moves along briskly, it depicting historical characters on both sides rather well. I'll send you my copy if you want it.

However, I was unaware there was a sequel. Now I gotta find a copy of that. "Fox on the Front".
