"(throws a Medium or smaller creature 10-60 feet in random direction, throws large creature 5-30 feet in random direction)"

Didn't 3e do away with that random number format? :P

Yeah, it did. I'd blame the editor, but it's my own damn fault. :D

Stupid prior editions sometimes bubble through the fingertips when I'm typing along: the Innuendo skill, non-weapon proficiencies, spell names like wizard mark, you name it, sometimes it slips by. On really bad days, I keep trying to put "Library Use" in d20 scenarios. Oy.

The clockwork armor is fun! I liked the flying boats, though that's becoming a fantasy trope. (Do drow have dhow anyway? Maybe underground?) The traps were a nice addition though. Sizzle 'em and launch 'em.

Is there a source for the waxed rope? That seemed odd. Hemp rope swells a little when wet, which can actually be advantageous. But waxed rope seems like it would be slippery and the wax would melt off from rope friction.

Thank you for the dialogue. Man, that's funny stuff.

Yeah, they're definitely pretty standard, those flying boats. But still fun.

The waxed rope.... I can't remember, honestly. Sounded good, though. :)

Clockwork armor
That will seem some use in an upcoming session of my Ptolus game. I'm the sure the machine god cleric will want to salvage it.
