Spring Is Here

After a couple months not updating, I've decided to give it another go. Ah, springtime, when a man's fancy turns to technology.

What have I been doing in the meantime? I've been writing a project for Hasbro (should finish next week), working out twice a week, walking the dog, a little gardening, and watched a whole lot of war coverage. I'm always happy to see a dictator toppled, and since he's a dictator partly of the US's making, so much the better.

What have I not been doing? Serious fiction writing. I'm still hoping to find a nest for all the novel papers somewhere, but it looks like my trip to Nebraska will be the first chance to really get traction on it. Not much gaming, and starting to consider dropping out of the 3E game I'm currently in. Bored with the XBox at the moment, waiting for a decent game to show up for it.

Coffee break is over — time to head back to work!

Spring! Bah! Do not talk to me of Spring.
We have snow in Chicagoland. We had lovely Spring Flowers, but they are no longer visible, and we are despondent.

Square States
Apparently, in my geography brain, all square states are equal. Either that, or I claim too much Bruce Springsteen in my youth.

I meant, of course, Kansas. Completely different in some way, I'm sure. :)

Re: Square States
Kansas has a shrine to the inventor of basketball. Nebraska doesn't.:g:.
