Hammered away at the book all afternoon, most of it rewrite and cleanup of prior text, for a grand total of 800 words. I needs me some NEW text, but the scene order has gotten a little out of kilter.

Maybe I'll skip a few scenes and write a chapter from further along. Or perhaps that is just asking for trouble — last time I tried it, I had a hell of time connecting the later scene up again.
