And recently it uninstalled itself on my home PC, saying that the Licensing engine had failed, and I would need to uninstall/reinstall. Ok, annoying, but I have all the serial numbers and the CDs and so I try to do that.
And it won't uninstall.
So I call their Customer Support people, who take about 6 hours of my life jumping me through ridiculous hoops like uninstalling Flash and Acrobat and then running sekrit Adobe skripts up to four times each. Which finally, thank goodness, means I can uninstall and reinstall software that was perfectly good for months until they blew it up, somehow. That was about 2 weeks ago.
The best part? My work machine has just told me "Your Licensing engine has failed. You must uninstall Adobe CS3".
GAAAAAAAAH! Stupid, stupid Adobe!

This is not one of those times.
I have CS3 and have never heard of such a thing, and I use Photoshop damn near every day.
Speaking of, I have an idear for using InDesign! Mebbie this weekend...
Anyway, sorry for your troubles.
Probably not, as their customer service most likely resides in Calcutta...
Sorry for the troubles.
Makes me rethink whether or not to bother getting upgrades from Office 2003, as the version I've got works just fine, thankee (and I've just cursed myself by saying THAT aloud).
